We are a husband and wife team working out of Marblehead, Massachusetts with The Russell Realty Group in Woburn. We have been a force in the real estate industry for 20 plus years. We have worked all sides of a real estate transaction, as a Paralegal in a closing office, as the mortgage lender and now as Realtors®. The home buying process has a lot of moving parts. We can speak the language of the mortgage lenders, processors and attorneys involved in your home buying or selling process. We have experience in title clearing, reviewing loan conditions, reviewing appraisals and home inspections, and reviewing and explaining the loan closing documents. For 15 years, Jennifer worked in the real estate profession first as a real estate closing paralegal and then as a mortgage loan processor. Eric has had a deep background in real estate for the past 20 years. Eric owned a multi-state mortgage company for 12 years and is competent in real estate financial planning. Clients ranged from the most novice of first time home buyer to the very sophisticated real estate investor or developer.
